The sleeping bags
Two years ago Tania Chamberlain designed a very practical and economical baby sleeping bag, after realising no British design existed.
The bags have 100% cotton shell and lining, with a polyester interlining.
They are made from tartan or gingham, and are machine washable and tumble dryer proof.
For safety they are fully flame retardant (conform to BS5722).
Other features:
Detachable sleeves: these allow the bag to be used all year round, during both the summer and winter months.
Double-ended zip: makes it easier to change a nappy at night, without having to remove the baby from the bag. And allows the bag to be used as a dressing gown once outgrown.
Summer and winter weights.
The bags come in a range of different sizes: from 3 months to 3 years for the baby sleeping bags; and from 4 to12 years for children. The bags are generously sized so the baby doesn't feel too confined.
